Job Summary
Conduct independent high-quality credit analysis on assigned customers, maintaining credit quality and meeting delivery targets. Share objective views on credit risk assessments, identify alternative solutions, and recognize early warning signals to ensure no surprises. Control fulfillment of financial covenants, handle risk issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements. Prepare credit applications, provide advice on minimizing possible risks, and deliver findings to the Bank's decision-making units. Collect and evaluate information about customers and industries, acting as a competence center for selected sectors. Participate in credit committees, customer teams, and meetings with clients to support relationship managers in structuring financing. Experience in analyzing real estate projects and financial analysis of credit products is required, along with knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards. Latvian and English are required in spoken and written communication for Pan-Baltic level work. The application deadline is September 4th for candidates primarily located within the Baltics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing real estate projects and/or -market
- Knowledge of financial analysis, credit products
- Knowledge of relevant aspects of accounting standards (IFRS, local accounting standards)
- Presentation and written and verbal argumentation skills
- Analysis and judgement
- Latvian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
