Job Summary
Credit Analyst responsible for managing credit risk, accounts receivable, and collections for a defined region. Duties include reviewing customer financial information to determine creditworthiness, establishing credit limits within authority, monitoring aging and delinquency, performing collections, maintaining accurate credit records, and coordinating with sales, customer service, and operations to balance risk with customer objectives. Requires strong analytical ability, risk assessment, relationship management, and proficiency with Excel; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience and knowledge of lien laws are preferred. Works in a hybrid in Georgia with a focus on ensuring policy compliance and timely credit decisions to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- College degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of collection and/or previous credit experience preferred
- Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
- Ability to evaluate customer creditworthiness and assess risk exposure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred
- Knowledge of lien laws, bonds, and credit risk mitigation tools preferred
