Job Summary
Credit Analyst III proactively manages credit risk for GWIM client portfolios, performing covenant testing and monitoring client compliance with financial covenants. Responsible for setup of financial reporting and covenant requirements after loan closings, timely covenant testing within set deadlines, and advising on covenant resolutions such as waivers or amendments. Maintains relationships with client teams and internal partners, ensures accurate loan document and covenant setup in relevant systems (GMS), and actively manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines while escalating process gaps for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of credit analysis or a closely related credit risk role
- 2+ years of credit analysis experience with Commercial credit policies and procedures
- Proficient in interpreting various Commercial loan documents including credit agreement and amendments
- experience in managing compliance workflows and covenant breaches in a timely fashion
- strong working knowledge of commercial loan structures and financial statement analysis
