Job Summary
This role involves underwriting, analyzing, and monitoring the credit worthiness of individuals and businesses for commercial and real estate loans. Key responsibilities include preparing credit reports, conducting financial analyses, determining covenant compliance, and developing credit memorandums. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of financial statements, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of credit analysis experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of credit analysis experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience using Abrigo/Sageworks software is preferred
