Job Summary
Conduct credit underwriting and monitoring for moderately complex client relationships by analyzing financials, projections, and collateral to assess credit worthiness. Evaluate risks, ensure covenant compliance, and prepare credit approval memos using advanced tools. Listen to client meetings to understand business performance and review completed requests for policy adherence. Partner with front line units to structure, underwrite, and document credit solutions while establishing internal risk ratings and trading limits. This role focuses on financing facilities secured by corporate assets and CLOs within Global Markets Credit. You will work closely with risk partners to drive loan growth and support firm-wide Enterprise Credit initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial credit risk management, credit underwriting, structuring, loan origination, or public rating agencies
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts
- Must have strong analytical skills

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
