Job Summary
Conduct credit underwriting and monitoring for moderately complex client relationships by analyzing financials, projections, and collateral to evaluate risks and ensure compliance with policy requirements. Prepare credit approval memos, structure loan documentation, and establish internal risk ratings for counterparties while assessing credit worthiness for warehouse facilities, CLOs, and secured loans. Listen to client meetings to develop deeper business understanding and provide early feedback on new opportunities to drive loan growth with minimal oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial credit risk management, credit underwriting, structuring, loan origination, or public rating agencies
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts
- Must have strong analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Structured Finance Experience
