Job Summary
Credit Analyst II in Global Finance Shared Services (Vilnius, Lithuania) performing complex financial & risk analyses to determine customer credit risk, utilizing credit-based scoring tools, reviewing customer documentation to evaluate and revise credit limits, and collaborating with Credit Analysts, Managers, Directors, and other functions. Role includes training assistance and cross-functional interaction within finance, operations, sales, and HR. Requires experience with credit and collection procedures, strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in business-related fields; hybrid work arrangement noted.
Required Qualifications
- Two year Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred (Bachelor's degree also mentioned)
- Experience: normally requires 3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Education: fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
- Knowledge of credit and collection operations procedures
- Knowledge of Cencora distribution and customer service functional areas
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
