Job Summary
Credit Analyst responsible for evaluating financial health and risk of clients by analyzing financial statements, building financial models, and supporting funding decisions within eCapital’s Commercial Finance portfolio. The role involves proposing funding solutions, leveraging data to inform recommendations, assisting with closing documentation (contracts, guaranties, subordinations, etc.), and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely, well-informed credit decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 3+ years in a financial analysis role focused on investment decision-making and analytics
- Experience in high yield credit, equity, or private equity investing ideal
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs); ability to learn Tableau
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving abilities; solutions-driven; results-oriented
- Resourceful, self-starter, independent thinker
- Team player; collaborative; responsive
- Detail-oriented
