Job Summary
Conduct credit checks, review credit data, and recommend credit lines within authority levels for new accounts. Run reports from credit bureaus and business sources to verify trade and bank references while tracking and following up on credit and loan applications. Process updates, transactions, and adjustments within the Oracle environment, including customer account modifications. Maintain credit files, perform account reconciliations, and provide credit information or ratings to creditors, agencies, and banks. Build strong relationships with customers, field operations teams, and internal staff. Assist with special projects and process various internal reports such as aging reports and cost studies. Bachelor's degree required with 1 to 3 years of customer service experience; previous credit, lending, or underwriting experience is a plus. Starting salary $55,000 to $65,000.
