Job Summary
The Credit Analyst will be responsible for conducting fundamental credit analysis for both Investment grade corporate issuers and municipal issuers, maintaining internal credit ratings, and providing support to portfolio managers. This role requires collaborative work with various teams to ensure compliance with investment guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis
- Strong understanding of investment grade corporate structures, municipal bond structures, and preferred securities
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Strong technology skills, including FactSet, Bloomberg and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPA) or CFA designation
- Experience with Addepar
