Job Summary
Review client files, assess scenarios, and prepare preliminary assessments and application forms for the Australian home loan market. Contact lenders to determine client eligibility, identify suitable loan structures, and check lender requirements against checklists. Identify missing documents and compliance issues before submission, then inform brokers accordingly. Collaborate with Loan Processing Specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth file progression through post-submission and post-settlement support. Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail while adhering to ISO 27001:2022 documentation and data security standards. Support team development through knowledge sharing and guidance to new members. Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree running or completed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the finance sector
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability and a solution-focused mindset
- General numerical and financial calculation skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and consistency
- A strong desire to learn and develop professionally
- Proficiency in Google Apps, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Strong work ethics, accountability, and dependability
