Job Summary
Prepare financial analysis and credit memorandum write-ups for Ag and Commercial clients using Web Equity software to support loan officers and loan committees. Assist other branches with credit analysis coverage, maintain full understanding of loan policy, and provide financial advisory services regarding business management. Support business development through joint sales calls and handle collection efforts on trouble loans, including property inspections and loan modifications. Collaborate with the Loan Administrator to ensure file completeness and accurate documentation for scheduled closings. Participate in civic activities to promote community growth and the bank's positive image.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills including Web Equity and Microsoft Office products
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation
- 2-Year college degree in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of course work and work experience
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience in formation of financial statements and cashflows
