Job Summary
Credit Administration Trainee assists the Credit Administration Manager with oversight of the loan portfolio, focusing on credit risk management. Supports credit administration processes and loan portfolio monitoring, and develops a foundation in credit risk management. Prepares credit risk reports, financial reports, and reconciliations; prepares Unfunded Commitments Report and performs quarterly analysis; assists with monitoring loans secured by investments portfolio and reviews past due real estate taxes; assists in completing internal and external audit and regulatory requests. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, with strong MS Office skills, excellent financial/quantitative abilities, and strong verbal/written communication; ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Experience in field directly related to Credit Analysis or Credit Administration is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent financial and quantitative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing initiatives and deliver results within deadlines and with accuracy
