Job Summary
Credit Administration Associate in the APAC Traditional Credit Product Middle Office responsible for managing new and existing credit facilities across multiple business lines, setting up limits in iCRD and loan systems (Loan IQ), reviewing proposals for compliance, and maintaining data quality and adherence to credit policies. Collaborates with Credit and other stakeholders, monitors KPIs, escalates issues, and contributes to team, regional, and global projects to drive efficiency and strengthen controls. Emphasizes proactive problem-solving, client service, accuracy, and the ability to operate within a robust control environment while supporting business growth in a dynamic APAC banking context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in credit administration
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to propose effective solutions
- Initiative to escalate issues to appropriate parties
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to deliver dependable, timely, and accurate support
- Flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments in a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and control-oriented mindset
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of Loan IQ system (preferred)
- Experience with facility documentation (preferred)
- Sound understanding of credit products, policies, and systems (preferred)
- Experience supporting cross-business credit facilities (preferred)
- Exposure to global banking operations (preferred)
- Experience participating in efficiency and control improvement projects (preferred)
