Job Summary
Credentialing Specialist to own provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance across a large provider network. Responsibilities include managing credentialing from start to finish, verifying licenses/DEA registrations/board certs/education/work history/malpractice, enrolling providers with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial carriers, tracking enrollment and ensuring timely approvals, maintaining CAQH profiles, auditing for compliance, generating reports, serving as primary contact for credentialing matters, coordinating onboarding, and improving workflows using Monday.com. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of provider credentialing and payer enrollment experience preferred
- Experience credentialing providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans preferred
- Strong knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a growing function
