Job Summary
Credentialing Specialists will provide credentialing services at IRS credentialing sites using the GSA scheduling tool, manage appointments, enroll and issue identification cards, perform card inventory, and maintain logs of issued and collected cards. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to complete online credentialing training. Experience with USAccess programs is desirable, and the role requires nationwide travel up to 40%. Additional duties include managing daily operations, preparing reports, and following federal credentialing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to complete required online credentialing training
- Knowledge of ICAM and USAccess credentialing processes
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide
- Knowledge of credentialing hardware
- Knowledge of PII handling and federal credentialing policies
- Skill in managing daily credential operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Pre-employment drug testing is required
