Job Summary

Credentialing Specialist supports end-to-end provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment workflows for healthcare clients. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting credentialing applications and supporting documentation (licenses, malpractice, DEA/NPI, education, work history); maintaining provider files; tracking status, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple payers; communicating with payers, hospitals, and other entities to verify requirements and obtain updates; monitoring expirables (licenses, board certifications, malpractice, CAQH attestations) and coordinating renewals; ensuring data accuracy across credentialing systems; identifying missing or inconsistent information and coordinating corrections; supporting audits and compliance requests; and collaborating with operations and client-facing teams to align credentialing timelines with onboarding and billing readiness. Candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple applications, proficient in English, comfortable handling confidential information, and adept with spreadsheets and document management. Training is provided for strong entry-level candidates; preferred familiarity with CAQH, NPI, PECOS, Medicare/Medicaid, and credentialing platforms/CRMs. Location-based shifts include night hours in Tashkent or Yerevan.
