Credentialing Specialist

Provide onsite EPAC card registration and credentialing support at federal facilities in Florida; verify applicant identity and supporting documentation per HSPD-12 and federal security requirements; capture photographs, biometric information, and enrollment data; enter applicant information into credentialing systems; issue and update federal access cards and maintain registration records and audit logs; troubleshoot enrollment issues and coordinate with site security; handle PII per federal privacy/security standards; deliver professional customer service to federal employees, contractors, and authorized personnel; travel within the assigned area to federal facilities in FL.
