Job Summary
Analyze client information to determine compliance standards and create detailed records for auditing purposes. Document step-by-step procedures of the compliance process, make assessments, and interface with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure requirements are met. Assist in selecting physical location inspection vendors and support ongoing audit activities to verify vendor compliance. Maintain file documentation on potential customers, including checklists to verify successful completion of all compliance steps. Interact with the sales department regarding audit status and seek support as required. This hybrid role requires three onsite days per week and is based in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum of two years related experience
- This is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week
- Based in Tulsa OK

- Experience working form Sales-Force is a plus
