Job Summary
Coordinate initial credentialing and re-credentialing for healthcare practitioners, maintain provider credentialing files, and manage CAQH ProView profile data to ensure accurate primary source verifications and timely processing. Build provider credentialing files according to CAQH/payor standards, enter data accurately, and monitor credentialing work queues to meet turnaround times. Support the organization’s mission to serve families with special needs through diligent credentialing operations and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in healthcare credentialing or administration preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including active listening
- High level of commitment/ownership to one's work product
- Commitment to self-accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
- Critical thinking, with a drive for continuous process and system improvement
- Commitment to service excellence philosophy and interdisciplinary therapy for clients on the Autism spectrum
