Job Summary
Credentialing Coordinator - Temporary responsible for credentialing practitioners for PPHP networks, performing primary source verification, and maintaining provider data within Salesforce to support regulatory/compliance requirements. Key duties include primary source verification for practitioner participation in PPHP networks, handling provider-eligibility inquiries, maintaining updated provider files and SF inventory, auditing delegated entities for CMS/NQA compliance, and preparing written responses to obtain missing information while ensuring accurate provider data throughout credentialing and recredentialing processes. Required skills include proficient Excel use and strong verbal/written communication, with a focus on provider experience and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3 years health insurance/managed care credentialing operations experience
- 2 years of Delegated Credentialing Auditing
