Job Summary
As Veterinary Technician Supervisor, direct floor workflow, cultivate an engaging environment, and work with hospital management to support the progression of the hospital. Participate in interviewing and onboarding for new associates, mentor technicians, conduct staff meetings, resolve conflicts professionally, refine and implement protocols, and ensure policy adherence by all technical staff. The role requires a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT/LVMT; FL CVT preferred) with at least 5 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. The position is full-time with evening and Saturday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician- CVT, LVT, RVT, LVMT (FL CVT Preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Team leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
