Job Summary
Creator Success Manager responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value creators through data-led monetization strategies, strong relationship ownership, and proactive risk management. Own cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, Marketing, Campaigns, and RevOps to drive revenue growth, creator retention, and long-term value; diagnose issues from performance data, surface opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans; monitor churn risk and drive targeted interventions; maintain accurate forecasts and activity in HubSpot; travel occasionally for creator and industry events. Requires data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and experience in account/creator partnerships; Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience; familiarity with HubSpot and G-Suite preferred; able to work in a fast-paced environment and operate both in-person and remotely (hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role
- Background/understanding in influencer or affiliate marketing
- Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred
- Previous creator success account manager related experience required
