Job Summary
Creator Success Manager responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value creators through data-led monetization strategies, proactive churn risk management, and strong relationship ownership. You’ll drive revenue growth and long-term creator retention by translating insights into action, guiding product adoption and monetization levers, and collaborating with product, growth, marketing, campaigns, and RevOps to tailor growth plans. Expect cross-functional influence, data-driven decision making, and a focus on measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account/relations or client success role
- Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Gmail, Asana, Excel or similar tools
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Proactive, strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration skills
