Job Summary
Creator Success Assistant (WhatsApp Operations) at London, UK — contract role focused on scaling a WhatsApp-based creator coaching program. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of weekly WhatsApp strategy pings, expanding test cohorts, ensuring audience lists and message templates are correct, campaign execution and QA checks, data tracking and reporting, designing and supporting experiments (A/B tests), maintaining creator lists and coordinating with internal teams, documenting workflows and contributing to a playbook, and proposing efficiency improvements. Strong emphasis on data proficiency (Google Sheets/Excel, formulas, filters, pivot tables), organized workflow management, stakeholder collaboration, and a remote-first work setup based in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Highly organised and comfortable working from structured lists, templates, and processes
- Strong proficiency with data systems; able to use Google Sheets/Excel for lists, tracking, and basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables
- Experience with data tracking and reporting; ability to maintain clean tracking sheets and update dashboards
- Interest in the creator economy and AI-powered coaching/messaging programs (e.g., WhatsApp)
- Clear written communication and ability to spot copy/formatting issues
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
- Proactive with ownership of a defined area of work and eagerness to suggest improvements
- Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK
- Willingness to commit to 6 months on a (near) full-time basis
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with cross-functional teams
