Job Summary
Creator Partnerships Manager responsible for managing creator and agency partnerships, overseeing content quality and campaign budgets, onboarding new creators/agencies, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with creators and partners. Must possess Fluent German at a native level, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and a strategic, growth-oriented mindset. Key tasks include defining scalable communication processes, ensuring high-quality content delivery, reviewing content for performance, onboarding new creators/agencies, and driving community engagement while coordinating campaigns and timelines.
