Job Summary
Monitor platform activity and external signals to identify trending creators, then conduct outreach across all verticals to drive them through the onboarding pipeline independently. Walk partners through best practices to optimize page setup and link structure, while managing glow-ups for priority accounts. Set up demo accounts and execute edits on behalf of the team, and handle admin requests such as ownership transfers and account verifications. Troubleshoot and report bugs from managed partners to ensure smooth operations. This hands-on role supports the partnerships team in keeping creator relationships running smoothly, offering early-career exposure to the creator economy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience at a talent agency, or in a similar partner-facing/coordination role
- exposure to communicating with high-level talent and their teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- A clear, professional communicator with internal and external partners
- A genuine interest in creators and the creator economy
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
