Job Summary
Conduct high-volume cold outreach to identify and persuade emerging Brazilian Portuguese-speaking creators to join Twitch. Guide new talent through their onboarding process to reach their first stream, then hand off relationships to Strategic Partner Managers with complete context. Manage the outreach pipeline in a CRM by validating leads, logging touchpoints, and maintaining accurate records to prevent duplicate engagement. Operate with autonomy to meet weekly targets while collaborating closely with the Brazil team. Requires full fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, ability to work hours aligned with Brazil's time zone, and prior experience in quota-carrying outreach or talent scouting. This fixed-term contract ends mid-December 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work and be paid in the US for the duration of the contract
- Must be fully fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Must have the ability to work hours aligned to Brazil's time zone
- Must have prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role
- Must have proven interest and knowledge in one of: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management
- Must have a genuine passion for livestreaming and internet culture
- Must have a strong understanding of the creator economy
- Must have comfort with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the ability to learn them quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator
- Familiarity with live streaming tools and software
- Existing relationships with a wide variety of Brazilian Portuguese-speaking content creators across platforms
- Intimate knowledge of the Brazilian creator landscape and Portuguese-speaking creator communities
