Creator Marketing Specialist Sports (Football & Fitness Focus)

Leading the Creator Marketing area in Brazil with a focus on Football and Fitness, coordinating strategic and operational efforts with influencers and sports content creators; responsible for implementing and monitoring processes, managing relationships with creators, aligning with internal stakeholders, overseeing administrative operations of the area, and designing and executing activation plans involving creators. Develop and execute integrated activation formats and PMO overviews, briefs and operational requirements with production agencies, freelance producers, brand partners and creators; end-to-end management of creator relationships following the global Creator Marketing program guidelines; production and execution of engaging experiences across initiatives; budgeting, logistics, contract workflows with Legal, vendor payments, inventory and materials management; monitor processes, ensure adherence to internal policies (Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Travel, Finance), generate ongoing reports and presentations of strategy and results for national and HQ teams; identify gaps and propose trainings; translate/localize HQ guidelines; collaborate closely with Field Marketing Regional teams; advanced English; strong knowledge of events production, activations and artistic operations; project management skills; cross-area relationship building; strong experience in sports playfields with focus on Football and Fitness; holistic view of strategy and operations; confidentiality in artistic engagements; basic Industry Marketing knowledge; KPI tracking for social networks; affinity with the creative market, social trends, virality and content production in photo/video; affinity with financial management.
