Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to publish AI music videos, then testing incentives like flat fees and affiliate commissions to optimize traffic, signups, and revenue. Manage briefs, concepts, and campaigns around launches and cultural moments while activating high-potential affiliates into the existing program. Convert individual creators into a community, tracking all metrics back to CAC and doubling down on what performs. Work with an external agency for initial training before scaling the program independently, reporting directly to the founder. Based in Berlin, this role focuses on numbers: active creators, videos published, and affiliate revenue. Bonus points include prior experience building creator programs or existing relationships in music and AI.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in creator, influencer, affiliate or growth marketing
- Experience personally recruiting and managing creators rather than briefing an agency
- Strong instincts for short-form content
- Ability to think in signups, revenue and CAC
- Organization to run dozens of creator conversations, deadlines and campaigns at once
- Proactive and independent mindset
- Genuine interest in music, AI and internet culture
- Residence in Berlin or readiness to relocate
