Creator Growth & Insights Manager responsible for translating D2C strategy into concrete creator goals by market and category, deep-dive performance reviews to identify growing creators and underutilized markets, maintaining strategic rhythm via team reviews and cross-market coordination, flagging risks, and building the Creator Platform with tools and frameworks to drive action. Requires 4–6 years in Marketing/Strategy/D2C, strong analytical capabilities with Excel, ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, and fluency in German and English.
