Job Summary
Own and grow the Speaky creator community, managing supply, onboarding, and retention at scale. Build and run the affiliate program by defining commission structures, tooling, and creator earning models. Lead key creator outreach through automated batch processes and manual high-value relationship building. Drive TikTok Shop campaign activation by matching creators to campaigns and managing delivery to hit GMV targets. Develop and maintain the Speaky Academy creator education program while mentoring Affiliate Campaign Managers. Collaborate with the Commerce team on monetization flows, seller relationships, and TAP campaign delivery. Expand the community through UGC campaign and program activations. This full-time role reports to the Head of Creator Campaigns, with a valid EU work permit required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing a creator / UGC or affiliate community at scale
- Hands-on experience setting up affiliate programs, commission models, tooling, performance tracking
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: affiliate, GMV, creator earning flows
- Experience with creator community platforms (Discord, Whop, Growi or equivalent)
- Proven ability to recruit and build relationships with creators
- Strong commercial mindset: can motivate creators around earnings, not just content
- Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT and CreatorIQ
- Fluent in English
- Valid EU work permit

- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish
- Experience scaling creator or affiliate programs across multiple European markets
- Experience in creator marketing agencies and building creator education programs
