Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive research on assigned products through hands-on interaction and compose professional articles with links to related resources. Reference professional, vendor, and blog sources to gather necessary product information, then highlight specialized customer benefits and professional perspectives for specific applications. Format written material in adherence to company content standards and enhance the online experience by interacting with and responding to customer comments and feedback. Pitch new story ideas and concepts to team leads for approval by the Content Manager, while managing project deliverables as assigned. Perform off-site travel for location-specific shoots. Requires minimum 3-5 years of experience using current technology within assigned categories and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
