Job Summary

Brainstorm creative video concepts at varying budgets, lead concepting and creation of video pitches, and execute creative video concepts in collaboration with internal and external production vendors. Manage video production schedules, rough cuts, and final cuts while serving as the client-facing contact to pitch proposals, manage on-set experience, and ensure client satisfaction. Draft and negotiate contracts, maintain reporting and documentation around invoicing, and identify opportunities to maximize project potential while keeping budgets at desirable levels.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of film production experience
  • Experience managing and maintaining client relationships
  • Keen business sense, and an intimate knowledge of all aspects of commercial film production and editing
  • Experience field and line producing for branded content or commercial production
  • A demonstrated track record in creative execution and performance
  • Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage the creative process from concept to launch
  • Work with teams including Editorial, Legal, Risk Management, Finance
  • Experience in digital media workflows and technology
  • Knowledge of the social media and branded content landscape

Desired Qualifications

  • BFA, BA and/or MA in TV, film, communications, journalism, advertising
