Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows that support creative teams across the agency; advise on where AI meaningfully saves time; translate creative briefs into repeatable, documented systems; prototype new tools and processes; scout and evaluate AI vendors, models, and platforms; perform creative QA on AI outputs to ensure quality and brand consistency; maintain clear documentation for every tool, workflow, and system you build; act as a buffer between leadership vision and day-to-day execution. Fully remote work environment with PST-based hours. 3–5 years of hands-on AI/automation experience; strong understanding of LLMs and practical AI applications in a creative/agency setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, workflow automation, or creative technology
- Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI models, and practical applications in creative work
- Proven experience with prompt engineering, context window management, and output optimization
- Experience building automated workflows (Zapier, Make, custom scripts, API integrations)
- Strong documentation habits
- Comfort working across disciplines (creative, production, strategy, engineering)
- Self-directed with good judgment
- Must be available to work standard PST hours
- Bonus points: agency/creative production experience; basic scripting (Python, JavaScript); version control, API development, or internal tools; Figma/Adobe ecosystem familiarity; built/managing GPTs or AI agents
