Job Summary
Conceptualize and develop high-end visual content using AI technologies by creating, refining, and socializing detailed prompts to achieve quality outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, CGI specialists, and client services to adapt AI-generated visuals for campaigns, photo shoots, and product launches while maintaining unified artistic direction. Lead internal adoption of AI tools across disciplines, develop AI briefs, and establish creative governance throughout production workflows from inception to final delivery. Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and client specifications. This 6-month hybrid role in Toronto supports the global Content Studio team in pushing transformational evolution of craft skills and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years working as a creative technologist
- Knowledge and interest in emerging technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in art directing and visual storytelling for CPG brands and beyond
- Expert knowledge of AI software including Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, DALL-E, Stabe Diffusion, Chat GPT, Comfy UI
- Proficient in the Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Substance toolkit
- Knowledge of 3D software's and render engines
- A background in Photography or Retouching is a great asset
- Deep understanding of the AI process from modelling, prompting, creating and developing workflows
- Experience collaborating with a team of multidisciplined artists through production
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to write and refine prompts to achieve desired AI outputs effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in high-end creative industries
- Demonstrated decision making skills and strong communication
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced
- Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with other team
