Job Summary
Hybrid Creative Strategist role combining performance strategy and hands-on content creation. You’ll ideate, research competitors, and own the creative process end-to-end from concept through filming, editing, and final delivery, shaping our video content especially for Meta and TikTok. Must be a natural storyteller with on-camera comfort, comfortable taking ownership, and able to leverage performance data to inform future creative. Experience with Meta/TikTok content and CapCut a plus; 1+ years in content creation or digital marketing. Collaborative, fast-moving environment with strong emphasis on craft and storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience making content for Meta and/or TikTok (brand or own channels)
- 1+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
- Comfortable filming yourself and being on camera
- Strong storytelling with hooks, pacing and ad structure
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of what you make
- Familiarity with CapCut or similar mobile editors is a plus
