Responsibilities include analyzing performance, translating insights into scalable creative systems, writing high-converting direct-response copy (hooks, VO, captions, headlines, landing page concepts), developing messaging frameworks, collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Media Buying, Analytics, and CX teams, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. On-site in Calabasas, CA; opportunities span DTC, retail, wholesale, marketplaces, and emerging channels. Qualifications emphasize experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, copywriting, and familiarity with analytics tools; preferred skills include CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, or Canva; strong strategic thinking, consumer psychology, and ability to translate data into actionable testing frameworks are required.
