Job Summary
Own Mando creative across Stills, B-Roll, and Partnership/UGC ads; lead concepting, briefing, and sign-off with senior strategist support; manage all creator operations end-to-end (sourcing, briefing, contracting, payment, whitelisting); develop original ad ideas including hooks, concepts, and scripts; recut and remix existing ads for high-volume iterations; collaborate with video editors to turn footage into fresh concepts; cut and produce ads when needed; stay fluent with AI creative tools and new platforms; stay close to customer feedback (watch ads, read comments, study reviews) to inform creative decisions. You’ll be the core creative mind behind growth creative for the Mando brand, working on a $50M+ challenger brand and partnering with senior strategists and editors to drive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in creative strategy, content production, performance marketing, or a related field.
