Job Summary
Creative Strategist (Video) to develop strategic creative concepts for paid video campaigns across social platforms. Analyze performance data (CTR, CR, ROAS, engagement) to identify insights and opportunities; write sharp creative briefs translating insights into direction for designers, writers, and video editors; partner with UA and growth teams to test hypotheses and scale what performs; review and optimize creative iterations to ensure alignment with brand and business goals; spot patterns and cultural moments to inform future campaigns; guide the creative process end-to-end from concept to execution and analysis. Requires 2+ years in related roles, a data-driven portfolio, strong communication, English fluency for a global audience, familiarity with creative production workflows, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace; hybrid work model with offices in London (UK) and Vilnius (Lithuania).
Required Qualifications
- Must-have: 2+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing roles (e.g. Creative Strategist, UA Manager, Growth Creative Lead, Marketing Manager)
- A portfolio showing data-driven creative concepts that delivered measurable results
- Deep understanding of paid social creative performance and testing methodologies
- Strong communication skills — able to translate insights into compelling creative directions
- Fluency in English and a natural ability to craft ideas for a global (especially US) audience
- Familiarity with creative production workflows, without needing to be hands-on in editing tools
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace)
- Curiosity for new formats, cultural trends, and emerging AI creative tools
- An obsession with results
