Job Summary
Creative Strategist to own development of high-performing paid social creative (primarily Meta) that drives profitable customer acquisition at scale. Role focuses on translating consumer psychology, product truth, and performance data into scalable creative systems, overseeing research, ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling while partnering with designers, editors, creators, media buyers, and production teams. Responsibilities include developing profitable acquisition strategies across paid social, conducting deep customer research, building and testing new creative concepts and messaging to reduce fatigue, producing clear creative briefs for asset teams, leading structured testing and iteration, conducting competitive/market research, and maintaining an efficient creative pipeline with cross-functional stakeholders. Ideal candidate understands direct response creative, can build winning ads that drive revenue, and thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments. Experience preferred in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Paid Social Creative, or related roles with demonstrated success in high-spend Meta environments; 5+ years recommended; strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and performance signals; ability to develop scripts and collaborate across creators, editors, and production teams. This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. with compensation in the $80k-$95k base range and potential performance bonuses and benefits.
