Job Summary
Creative Specialist collaborates with the Director of Brand Marketing & Events to design and manage materials for events, trade shows, and internal projects. Responsibilities include creating and producing signage, booth graphics, stage visuals, presentations, and branded materials; providing on-site event support; helping with travel logistics; managing event technology and AV setup; designing print and digital materials; preparing production-ready files and managing revisions; capturing event photos; and supporting internal marketing needs while upholding brand guidelines and deadlines. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have 3–5 years of graphic design or event marketing experience, be willing to travel for events, and be able to lift and setup materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or event marketing.
- Willingness to travel for events and trade shows.
- Ability to lift, carry, stand for long periods, and assist with setup and teardown.
