Job Summary
Critique and direct internal copywriters, photographers, and designers on original, artistic, and campaign-based content for physical and digital media. Lead on and off-site photoshoots, manage scheduling and prop procurement, and coordinate print vendor deliveries while ensuring brand continuity across platforms. Oversee project management software to track milestones, establish task priorities among graphic designers, and train team members on digital content organization. Research competitor visual strategies and report market trends to inform product launches. This hourly hybrid position in Wellsville, NY offers a salary range of $22.03 to $25.33. Requirements include a BA/BFA, five years of art direction experience, and proficiency in the Adobe CC Suite.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BFA or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years Experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design or related field
- Management experience
- Excellent computer skills using email, Microsoft Office, project management software and virtual communication platforms
- Demonstrated competency in Adobe CC Suite
- Proficiency using a DSLR camera with editing skills
- Photo-staging skills
- Visual Merchandising experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and proofreading
