Job Summary
In the Field Daily: Complete 4 or more on-site creative repairs each day, problem-solve across settings (apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites), and communicate progress to customers and the Support Team. Focus on color-driven repairs with an artistic touch, using a personalized tool-kit and following a unique 5-step process. The role emphasizes hands-on, visual-art-informed work (e.g., painting, sculpting, color matching) with no required overtime and a company vehicle provided. Training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment accompany opportunities to develop skills in a brand-new emerging trade, with CRM/Dispatch tool updates and customer-service excellence at the forefront.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting)
- Ability to distinguish and replicate colors for color-matching tasks
- Experience performing on-site repairs in diverse settings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM/Dispatch tools or similar field-service software
- Willingness to learn and apply a proprietary 5-step repair process
- Ability to operate with provided tools and company vehicle
