Job Summary
Conduct on-site creative repairs for hard surfaces like bathtubs, cabinets, and furniture, completing four or more jobs daily while matching colors and patterns. Travel to varied locations including apartments and construction sites to solve unique design challenges using a proprietary five-step process. Maintain customer relationships by communicating progress through our CRM dispatch tool and collaborating with the support team for complex issues. No overtime, nights, or weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work
- Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors
- Familiarity with color and color matching
