Job Summary
Complete 1 to 4+ creative repairs on-site daily, performing color-matched fixes in apartments, hotels, and construction sites while carrying 25-50+ pounds of equipment. Problem-solve unique design challenges by flexing artistic talents in painting, woodworking, or cabinetry, and maintain exceptional customer service throughout the job. Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes into the CRM/Dispatch tool, and collaborate with the Support Team to resolve complex issues using a dedicated 5-step process. This role offers a base salary plus performance-based commissions, a company car, and no required overtime or weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work – From construction and manufacturing, to painting or sculpting.
- Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors
- Ability to carry 25-50+ pounds of equipment & supplies in and out of large construction sites and apartment complexes
Desired Qualifications
- A background in handyman or facilities maintenance
