Perform 4 or more on-site creative repairs daily across apartments, hotels, and construction sites; color matching and color reproduction to match designs; provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with tenants and staff; use a phone app to complete work orders, capture notes and photos of completed work; learn and apply Surface Experts’ unique 5-step repair process; master the instrument/tools in your personal toolkit; bring artistic problem-solving to each repair with a unique solution; carry and use provided tools and a branded company vehicle; participate in paid training with onboarding alongside a trained technician; benefit from a collaborative team and dedicated support lines.
