Creative Production Assistant - FTC

Creative Shoot Production Assistant role supporting end-to-end shoot production and logistics. Assists with crew, studio, talent and supplier bookings; raises and tracks POs and production paperwork; records production expenses; coordinates travel, catering and transport; liaises with freelancers, studios and external suppliers; supports pre-production planning, shoot preparation and asset organization; assists with post-production administration and asset delivery; provides general administrative support across the creative production team and supports the Producer on set across studio and location shoots; acts as a key on-set support for crew, talent and freelancers and helps ensure shoots run smoothly, on schedule, and adapt to changing priorities with calm efficiency. Strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, professional communication, proactive problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace are required; interest in fashion and production, and experience in production operations, shoots, campaigns or studio coordination are advantageous.
