Job Summary
Create and update design assets for web, social, and marketing use while repurposing video content with cut-downs, subtitles, and multi-language versions. Maintain brand consistency across internal and client content, support video projects with basic editing and exports, and update the company website with layout improvements and CMS enhancements. Manage and schedule social media content, prepare assets for publishing, and support client delivery by handling feedback, version control, and acting as the primary point of contact. This full-time remote role aligns with UK business hours and offers direct access to the founder for a long-term position with scope to grow.
Required Qualifications
- Background in marketing, media, communications or similar
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign essential; Premiere Pro)
- Confident with Final Cut Pro
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow or similar)
- Understanding of social media formats and publishing
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Full-time, remote (global)
- Working hours aligned with UK business hours
- Long-term role with scope to grow
Desired Qualifications
- Agency or in-house content experience
- Basic motion graphics or animation
- Understanding of video workflows
