Job Summary
Creative Producer to lead end-to-end production of photo, video, and content shoots for Shinola, coordinating timelines, budgets, locations, permits, and logistics; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand-consistent, high-quality content across digital and retail channels; leverage project management tools and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency while delivering on-time, within-budget productions; role is freelance/part-time and based in Detroit with three days per week onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, content production, or related fields
- Experience producing both still photography and motion/video shoots
- Experience working within an in-house brand, creative studio, agency, or production environment
- Strong understanding of all phases of production, from creative development through post-production and asset delivery
- Proven experience managing production budgets and negotiating production costs
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with production workflows, budgeting tools, project management platforms, and creative collaboration tools
- Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity, planning, workflow, or content-production tools to improve operational efficiency
